Not Notified of Tech Visit Charge

I had a tech that came out at the end of January. He solved the problem in maybe 10 minutes. I was never told there would be a charge for this visit, I was told the opposite. Now I have $100 charged on autopay. Can I dispute this charge or request a credit?
