Not Honoring Payment Agreement
I have a payment arrangement set up for August 9th. I got an email this morning saying that my payment agreement was for today the 27th and that my services have been suspended but my account still shows that my payment agreement is in august and my services still work even though the site says it was disconnected. and of course reaching an agent is IMPOSSIBLE on chat or on phone. need someone to reach out to me TODAY. I have had nothing but issues with a company I've been with for 6 years.
