Non payment
I tried to making my payment, did not realize my card was expired tried to reach out to pay $68 that was part of my payment arrangement (not the current payment)....I was told I could not make another arrangement .... however it was a honest oversight....it's the middle of a pandemic and I was ready to make that payment....they did not suspend my service they completely cancelled my service....not allowing to pay anything but the full past due....this sucks when you are a loyal customer and actually trying to pay....

Hey @user_546d0e, thank you for reaching out to us on our forums. It sounds like there may have been a system issue as Xfinity doesn't cancel your account unless it has been suspended for sometime. I'd love to check it out and see what happened. With the pandemic, Xfinity also launched several programs to help including repayment plans. Our website here, has more details on that program.
