No pay due
I signed up for Internet Essential, which showed me the monthly charges but didn't let me put in any card info and just shipped me the xFi Gateway. So I waited until it arrived but when I tried going on the app or website it kept showing that No balance due and said "This payment exceeds the total amount due." And I didn't put in any card info anyways so it wouldn't have taken any money from me to accept the plan.
