No longer an option to guest-pay internet bill?

I've been paying my mothers internet bill for years online by not logging in but just entering her address and then entering the payment info to pay the bill. Now that screen is no longer there and it requires her to sign in now, why did Xfinity remove the option to just pay the bill? Don't you want my money?

Hi, @user_765dba and @user_2ihzyb! Thanks for taking the time to visit us for help with the quick bill pay concerns. We are the perfect virtual door to knock on for help from amazing XFINITY experts. As a security precaution, we’re temporarily requiring some customers to authenticate themselves by signing in to their Xfinity account when attempting to make a payment via Quick Bill Pay or the IVR. We want to make sure that payments made on your Xfinity account are done with your authorization. We offer other great ways to make payments such as visiting the store as well or via chatting with our XFINITY Assistant. Here is also a great link for more details on other ways to make a payment such as by visiting a Western Union Quick Collect location to pay by money order.

I'm having the same problem. I pay my disabled sister's bill without logging in and now I no longer have the option. I don't see how paying someone' bill causes any security issues.  In fact, this should be the preferred option because I can help my sister without having direct access to her account.
