New Internet Plans -- X-Fi Complete still needed?

Hello,

Long-time Comcast customer here. Like most US households, over the years we are using more and more data.

So back near the beginning of the year, I spoke with customer service. Eventually, I ended up with a new contract plan that included XFi Complete for unlimited data and equipment at a discount.

A few months later, I see that new plans have since rolled out for my area with 1-year or 5-year pricing locks that also include equipment and unlimited data but at a better price.

So I feel that I am overpaying now, and my 2-year contract deal isn't so good just a few months in.

Am I eligible to switch to one of the newer plans without violating my contract?
