Never received confirmation email
I am moving and no longer need my own wifi plan, so called Xfinity to cancel my service at the end of the month. I was told I would receive a confirmation email and a prorated bill for the remainder of the service once it was time for my next bill to come out. However, I NEVER received a confirmation email, and received my bill today and it's the same (full) amount.
I do have a ticket number, but why did I never receive a confirmation email or text? Now I'm concerned I have to go about doing this all over again when it should have been taken care of then!
