NEED TO TALK TO A REP ABOUT MY BILL

Hi, I have been trying for days to try to get someone on the phone to talk about my bill and I can't get to anyone. I don't know why you guys have made it more difficult to get to a person but I'm out of ideas of how to get some on the phone. Can anyone help????

Hello, @JeffB228. We're not able to get anyone from the phone team to reach out to you, but we can help you right here with your billing issues. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

 

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3lv0gXz

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it
