Need to Chat with Xfinity Support. Chat Agent Upgraded my account without my consent
All I wanted was a credit for an outage yesterday and the day before. Supposedly they changed it back, but I have a new 2 year contract that expires in 2 years from today. Need to confirm and hopefully get some more credits. I've been on online Chat for over an hour to try to get this thing fixed.
