need to cancel my service
Please help me cancel my xfinity service. I have dementia and have moved to a memory care facility where I no longer have access to an independent phone line/cable tv/internet.
I have been on chat with different Xfinity Assistant live agents now for over an hour trying to cancel. They tell me they are working on it but then just switch me to another agent. Please help me, this is a terrible experience. I can't afford to continue being billed for service I can no longer use.
