I’m having same issue it’s a joke ai tries to help but can’t and doesn’t provide the right guidance or phone number options to connect with a real tech or actual person to speak with to resolve any of my issues

Is there no real person I can reach out to for help? 15 years ago Comcast customer service was atrocious. The AI now is exponentially worse than then.
I need a breathing, thinking, human to verbally detail exactly why my bill was increased without any consent from me. Then, further explain how I was charged a price that doesn't fall under any offered service plan pricing rates. After those 2 conversations are had, maybe elaborate on the Xfinity essentials plans & if I qualify. Bc over $100 for Internet speeds ¼ the speeds I pay for is unacceptable. Just like the absurdity of how difficult contacting support was/has become.

It's impossible to speak to a technical support rep. My upload speed drops to as low as 2.0 mbps. I've been with xfinity for over 20 years, but I'm ready to move on to an alternative provider.
