Need payment extension

Good afternoon. I'm trying to set up a payment arrangement for my past due balance, which is due on 12/24. I called and it said I'm not eliglble for payment arrangements. My total bill is about $223, of which $100 is past due. Says my service will be disconnected on the 24th if no payment is received. I only want to extend this until next Friday, 01/01/21. If I change the billing date, will that extend my internet service? Thanks so much, and Merry Christmas!

As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges and reactivaton fees incurred over the past months plus an additional credit for your loyalty. I hope that helps.


There is now currently no balance due on the account
