Need help with billing credit or plan reversal
I was originally on a 1GB plan for $50 a month and decided to try an extender in August to see if that would help my internet connection. I spoke to the agent for over an hour to ensure that if it did not help that I could move back to my original plan. After the extender didn’t work, I contacted Xfinity to get reversed back into my original plan. However; the only plan available was $60 a month for the 1GB. I was then told to contact the support team on a monthly basis for them to revert the plan down to $50 for me. I contacted the team today and they said they are no longer allowed to manually credit. I am incredibly frustrated because I feel like I was misled by the original agent and then once again misled by the team as I am unable to get this credit processed. It already takes a lot of time for me to contact the support staff on a monthly basis, but now I am being disregarded by all support. Majority of my life I have been with Xfinity, but now I am starting to not feel valued as a customer.
