Need a direct line to Xfinity mobile collections

Have been u able to resolve issue with closed Xfinity mobile account with $0 balance that has been turned over to Sequium Collections. Xfinity unable to help (because account is closed and there is no balance) so they gave me phone numbers for their outside collections none of which has record of my account. The in-house number Xfinity customer service provided [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] doesn’t accept incoming calls. What can I do??

I understand that you are needing some help with your Xfinity Mobile account and we are here to make sure you are able to get in contact with the right team. Please send us a DM with your complete name and address to get started. 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
