Name added to account

Hey, I have moved to a new place and my the WiFi is on my friends name and my name was added to the account. I would like to use it as an adress proof but I don’t see my name in the billing. What do I need to do to have my name in the bill so that I can use this as an adress proof?

Hello user_ikh8xc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums for help with receiving the statement in your name. With paperless everything it has become rather difficult to obtain a physical proof of address. I'm sorry that the system did not update as you were hoping. Unfortunately while you may have been added to the account as a member or manager of the account, the statement will still only list the account holder. We are only able to have one account holder listed, however we can add you as a responsible party to the account. Do you know if your friend added you to the account as a manager?

user_ikh8xc Yes, with adding a responsible party, we can update the statement to reflect that name as well on the statement. 
If you are not an account manager, your friend would need to reach out to us as the account holder to add you to the account as a responsible party.

I’m added as a the account manager, how to make me a responsible party? What do I need to do?

@user_ikh8xc we can add your name to the bill here, it will show up as a ATTN to or C/O. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
