My service was shut off for my deceased father's past due bill.

I got service with exfinity and three days into it, my account was disconnected for a past due balance that belonged to my father. I am in no way connected to his account, I didn't live in the same state as him when he had xfinity and I was told to bring his death certificate in and it would be taken care of and after I did that I still don't have service.
