My plan expires in a month
My current plan expires in a month. I would like to keep the plan but it is impossible to actually speak to anyone about this. The last time I went to physical Xfinity store the rep told me that I had to call and be connected. How do I actually contact a person in regards to keeping the same service that I have ? I've read the article about sending a private message to but in my account settings the only thing listed is my name, view profile, profile settings bookmarks and sign out. Where is the option to send a message ?
