The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_bcea4b and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community forum.  We're here to help! ❤️

First and foremost be careful when you receive email notifications.  There are a number of phishing scams going about that sometimes try and steal banking information.  Don't click links in any email where you are not certain of the origin and have verified the sender!

In this case I would suggest you ensure that you verify your payment status directly through your Xfinity App or our Website

Log into your Xfinity account to check your currrent balance.  Also check with your bank to see if the check has been processed.

Think about mail processing times if it was a check that was mailed.  Ask yourself how long ago you sent the check.  If it was a physical check sent through the US Mail, you can check the official US Postal website  for normal transit times.

If you do discover an email claiming to be from Xfinity that is a scam make sure you report it by forwarding it to us at abuse@comcast.net.

If everything checks out, we can assist with reasearching your account from our end, but you do have access the same information we would have regarding your payment via the app or website.

If you really feel you need assistance though, or have addtional questions, please let us know!😀
