My June 2024 bill has increased 30% across the board for all services...what gives?

My June bill has increased 30% across the board for all services (an increase of over $100).  What's going on?  This is the thanks I get for being a loyal customer?

To get started can you please send us a DM with your full name and service address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Mine bill just doubled for June. What is going on? I'll have to find internet elsewhere with these kinds of price jumps.

Hello @user_isfabf Thank you for sharing the increase with us on our Xfintiy Forums. I'm sorry that there was just a huge jump in the cost. It's possible that a promotion recently ended or will be ending soon which is causing the increase. It's vital to keep costs low whatever we can these days. I would hate to lose you as a Xfintiy customer if we can help out and find a new option for us with the service and rates. Aside from the cost how are the services working for you?
