My bill
Yes I’m just want everyone to know how horrible Xfinity is as a carrier they are a den of thieves. I paid my last phone bill with them and move on this morning I woke up they had taken $33.00 off my card I left with a clean slate because that’s just who I am as a person I don’t leave messes behind I value my credit. However Xfinity is very messy from the very moment I signed on it’s been one problem after another now the money that was taken off my card was bill money for another bill I have pay however Xfinity stole that money . But if Xfinity is that hard up for money that they a resorting to taking money from my card. I’m glad I left but not without letting everyone know that because they took my money and giving me so ridiculous excuse it just confirms that I made the right choice. Oh and I’ll be shopping for for internet as well . Xfinity you have lost all my business and trust
ps so now I have to come up with the money Xfinity took off my card to pay a bill that the money was originally supposed to go.
