My Bill is listed as half of what I am being charged every month
My bill doubled when my teaser rate expired, I went to cancel my service to use AT&T fibre as I could get better speeds at the same price. I was offered a deal to keep my original rate and took it for ease of contiuity and now even though the website says I owe $55 a month I am being charged $118. Just a straight up rug pull scam. And of course no support for the next week. I guess I just can't eat.

Good morning @user_3uekeh, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing, I know how frustrating it can be to have a higher than expected bill, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. We bill a month in advance, so depending on when the plan change was done, it is possible that the amount due for the current bill is for the old plan. If you changed plans in the middle of a billing cycle, the account will be prorated for the difference of the old plan and the new plan on the following bill.
