My account was set up without permissions to make payments

I’m the only person on the account and I can’t make a payment. The chat bot is not helpful and now my internet is shut off. Someone needs to change my permissions for me to be able to pay!

Hey there, we know how frustrating this must be, especially with your internet shut off. If you’re the only person on the account, you should absolutely have full permissions to make a payment.
