Moved and changed to a new ISP, cannot cancel old service

I have moved out of my old residence and now have internet service from another provider, but as I was not the primary account holder at the old residence, I can't take myself off of the account. Attempting to use the live chat feature just gives me the runaround and I'm not going to schedule a phone call where someone will try to convince me to stay even though I moved out and I am already hooked up with fiber through another provider which is faster, cheaper, and has better service than Xfinity could ever hope to provide.

Please enable the option for me to send a Direct Message so that I can provide my details for you to remove me from the old account. I am not interested in anything other than being removed from that account.
