Moved address, paid this month's bill, unlinked account has a remaining balance.
Hey,
I moved to a new address a week ago and I recently paid the balance for this month for the previous address + unlinked the account associated with my previous address. However, there is a remaining balance on the previous account that remained after I unlinked accounts. How can I pay it? Can I transfer it to my current address?

Hello @user_aff735 ! Thank you for taking us with you on your move, I hope everything with the move went well and you are enjoying your services at the new place! If your new account is linked to your old account via a linked transfer of service, then the balance on your old account should automatically be moved to the new account for easy payment. Did you set up the order online or by chatting with us directly? Normally, everything done online will have the accounts linked for you so you would see the balance from the old account show up on your first billing statement listed as something along the lines of "Balance Transfer from Account X."
