Monthly Cost Increase Once I Moved In.

Hi! When I signed up for Performance Select it said the price would be 34.99/month for 12 months, but now that I am moved in my first bill shows $49.99/month. I have the email that shows $34.99. Can I please get some help. I even called and explained and the customer service rep was so nice to give me a $15 credit for this month as I try to figure it out on the forum.

Our team here can help out by pulling up your account and taking a look into your bill and billing options. Can you please send us a private message with your full name and full service address?
To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
