Monthly Bill

My bill just jumped $30 a month. Can't keep the service for another year because I'm moving and don't know where yet. What to I do to get back to the other price? Do I just leave the service? This is what I plan to do.

Hi @user_ro22pu,

It sounds like you may have had a promotion that ended. The great thing is that our new promotions don't have any early termination fees, so you don't have to have any worries when jumping onto a new one. We can review your account to help find the best fit for you. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6.  A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8.  Press Enter to send it.
