Why am I paying extra this month? My payment was 141.00 last month and now this month it's coming in at 149.00

@awarchol  Apologies for any confusion we may have caused.

Your regular monthly rate for Xfinity services remained the same this month and last month at $144.55 plus taxes and fees.

Last month, you received a one time credit of $7.42 as a courtesy sports adjustment given that a lot of live sports were not played or shown on TV during the pandemic and that we bill for services in advance.

That credit last month reduced last month's bill by $7.42.

Your current bill has increased by $7.84 over last month's bill which is a factor of the mentioned one-time credit (not recurring) plus the corresponding taxes and fees are up 42 cents based on the "higher than last month" services.

I hope that helps. You can see the credit last month via the My Account app and also see your current bill there.

Thanks for your patience.
