Monthly bill increased from $75 to $115 — requesting a new promotional rate
(Writing this here because there's no actual Xfinity email address for customer support)
Hello Xfinity Support,
I've been an Xfinity customer since September 2024, and my internet bill has consistently been $75 per month.
This month, my bill suddenly increased to $115.12 — an increase of more than 53%.
After reviewing my statements, I discovered that my $24 promotional discount and $15 equipment discount both expired on September 29, 2026.
I understand that promotional offers expire, but an additional $40 per month is simply not affordable for me.
I'd prefer to remain an Xfinity customer, but I'm now considering alternative internet providers.
I'm currently on the Gigabit plan, but I'd be willing to downgrade to 500 Mbps or even 300 Mbps if it would significantly reduce my bill.
Could an Xfinity representative please review my account and let me know what promotional offers or loyalty discounts are available?
Ideally, I'd like to get my bill back to $75 per month or less, including equipment fees.
Thank you for your help!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
