Any promotional rate for the Xfinity service will remain the same. Some items that are still subject to change and not within the promotional rate such as Broadcast TV Fee, Regional Sports Fee, TV equipment rental, modem rental, taxes, and fees can change. 

 

If the services are on a contractual agreement, you can visit our 'Find your legal agreements and contract in your Xfinity account' support page where you can find the terms of the promotional rate along with the statement indicating that other items are subject to change outside the promotional pricing.


We recommend visiting our 'View your Xfinity billing statement history' support page to compare your previous billing statements with the most recent to see what charges increased. When you see which specific charges increased, please leave the name of the charge here and we will be more than happy to explain further.
