Monthly bill climbing on its own, out of control

So my latest bill says my service cost has gone up $15 a month due to service improvement. Did I get a chance to say yes or no to that? No. Bill is up over $100 a month now, and there's got to be a better deal. Any chance there's a way to get my bill back down under $75?
