Monthly Bill Changed with No Notification
I have the xfinity internet plan for 600 mbps and have had this plan since May 2023. I have been paying $50 to $50.20 for this plan, but this month I was charged $105.20, which is more than a substantial increase.
I have not received any email or notification from xfinity for this change in price and haven't reached the 5 year limit of the price guarantee for this change to happen. I also do not recall originally signing up for any sort of promotion that would include an increase of the monthly rate after a certain amount of time. So I have received no information as to why my monthly rate has almost doubled for the same internet plan.
I would like to be notified as to why it was increased and to at least extend the original monthly payments I was paying through the 5 year guarantee.

Hey @user_mf3qkd, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. From the sounds of it, it appears that your promotional plan has concluded. Once the promotional period has ended, the rate would increase to our every day rate. Notification and end date is provided on your service bills. We recommend reviewing your service bills by visiting our 'How to view your Xfinity bill online' support page. Typically, can be found on page 3 with the service charges.
We would be more than happy to review any available and eligible plans, but we are not able to renew/extend your previous plans promotional campaign.
