Mobile services

I went into the Xfinity store to pick up new equipment & to have the employees there activate my internet after chatting with online customer service & received those instructions. While there, I was asked about Xfinity mobile services, and I declined (as I have been every time I have to talk to customer service). The employee signed me up for mobile services anyways, and told me to wait 6 months before canceling. I am wondering why this happened, and am planning on filing a consumer protection claim and/or FTC complaint.

Hi @thecbrown33, thank you for making us aware of this issue. There are quite a few steps required to get signed up for Xfinity mobile, we'd be more than happy to look further into this concern for you. We'll need to gather some additional information to get started. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
