MLB Extra Innings ‘Adjustment’ of $10 on my bill?
I subscribe to the MLB Extra Innings package, which is an extra $40+/- per month for four months. I opened my bill for this month, after I’ve finished paying the four-month installment plan, only to find this listed on my bill under TV regular monthly charges:
“MLB Extra Innings Adj Jul 18 - Sep 07 $10.00“
I’d appreciate it if a Forum Community Agent would explain what the extra $10 ‘adjustment’ added on to my bill is, and why it’s listed under ‘regular monthly charges’? Thank you.
PS - I tried using the bot to get an answer, which wasn’t helpful… I think the bot exists simply to raise my blood pressure. I dumbed down my phrasing to doggie/piggy/bunny level, but the bot just taunted me with its lack of usability.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
