Missing Refund for Overpayment on Closed Account

I cancelled my service on June 27, 2026, due to moving to an area where Comcast Xfinity is not available. My last billing statement from July 7, 2026, shows an overpayment of $46.76. I paid by direct debit from my bank account and have been monitoring the account for refunds, but nothing was ever posted. I also have not received a refund in the mail or through email. I last submitted a support ticket in mid-August, 2026 and it was never acknowledged or replied to. It's been well past the 4-6 weeks that customers are told to wait for a refund. How can I get my refund?
