Military discount

Hello,

I have tried to get the military discount sign up page to work but I keep getting that I need a valid .mil address. My husband is in the national guard and we are trying to upload a copy of his LES.

also, this page will not allow me to assign tags

Have you attempted to apply on our main Xfinity Your Service Matters web portal? This is the main way to enroll the account to receive the exclusive benefits and offers. If you are experiencing issues, we have a dedicated team that handle all request. 

 

This is to ensure that all information is kept privately and removed after verification. Would you be able to call our dedicated team at 1-800-948-8174 which is available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern?

Yes, I have tried at the main site, at xfinity/military, on different devices and browsers, both pc and phone. There seems to be a hang up on the website with regards to my account specifically. 

if you could email me directly an email I can send my information through to you (you as in xfinity) that would help. 

you should be able to get my direct email thru your system. 

I will also call that number tomorrow
