Maximum payment methods? Have to wait for 30 days?
I am trying to pay my bill with a new card but it didn’t go through because of this issue. Every time i try to put in my card info and click continue, that red message pops up on top. I can’t imagine having to wait 30 days to try again. I need help to pay this asap please. my xfinity [Edited: "Personal Information"]

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
