Made payment arrangement over 3 hours ago, service still haven't been restored

Thanks for being an Xfinity customer, Ella. I see that your account has been suspended and understand that these are challenging times. I'd like to walk you through some options to get you back up and running.

The first is making a payment to your past due balance of $$$ today.

If that's not possible and you need some flexibility, I can tell you about setting up a payment arrangement or an installment plan, both which restore your services within an hour.

You can arrange to pay at a more convenient date, which gives you extra time to pay your past due balance. It also restores your services within an hour. With this option, you can pick a date as far out as Dec 19, 2024 for the payment to process.

My service was just disconnected on the 12/1. I can't talk to anyone and the virtual assistant is not helping me at all. I also received an email for my payment arrangement. I really need my service for my classes.
