Loyalty Discount Removed

Two years ago I became an Xfinity member on the student discount at $45/month. Last year it increased to $60/month. My upcoming bill now says it will be $114/month because my loyalty discount was removed. I am still a student and need to continue having wifi at a lower rate in order to meet my cost of living budget. How do I get my discount(s) back? I haven’t had anything change in terms of billing, automatic payments, paperless, or equipment change.
