Loyalty bundle discounts/contracts
12 year customer, every year or 2 is a hassle to get basic recognition of loyalty. Now have fiber available as competition. Trying to restore a 1 or 2 year contract and again getting a run around with a $500+ increase for the year. I have 4 services bundled and told to call again in another week. After being told last week to give it a week. Why can't you just renew the contract and re apply the service credits I fought for last year, and the year before.
