Lowering my overall xfinity bill
March 2026 bill went up again and discount removed. Been with comcast and xfinity forever. There must be something you all can do to reduce the monthly bill without my reducing services. We watch the same channels pretty much but, your other options don't have those few channels especially tnt, sports that we watch.
Looking forward to hearing back from you before our next payment is due.
We have tv, internet and mobile with xfinity!
Thank You .

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I need to lower my monthly Xfinity bill or will have to find another service. I primarily need the internet service. what options are available to lower the cable/tv? there are too many channels that i do not need, just basic main channels would be great. I need to get this lower than $100/month.
Please advice asap.
Thank you!

We have been with Comcast at this house for 23 years and at our previous house for 10 years before that. I would certainly think that Comcast has a way to offer longtime customers a service that doesn’t constantly jam up their rates every two years so we have to call and negotiate. It’s just such a [Edited: "Language"] thing for longtime customers. So tired of it. After 10 years, keep the rates steady. I’m about to have to make the call and get the rates back down from the jammed up 50 bucks a month because our “promotion period” ended…*sigh
