Lower my bill/speed
My bill is too high. I want the local channels and a lower Internet speed. My current speed is up to 300 Mbps but that is more than what I need and the bill is expensive. When I try to change the plan online, it does not allow me to do so.

That's how xfinity does it so you have to call in or chat. They do not want you to lower your speed for lower price. they always try to upsell to faster speed. That's why the only option with the online is higher plans.
