Lower my bill

Hello I need to lower my bill. Dont u guys have a 5 year contract going on now? Need my bill back to 55 a mouth?

Hello @user_wuxrek and thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community forums. 

The easiest and quickest way to update your account services or to lower your bill is by managing your plan online at Xfinity.com/planbuilder or via the Manage Services section on the Xfinity App.

You can review available plan changes or promotions (in some cases being able to see special online only offers) that are available for existing customers. 

If your household usage has changed, you may consider removing unused services for some streaming platforms, or even trying out new ones, as well as check whether you're paying for channels or add-ons you no longer use.  

Once you've reviewed your options online or in the app, you can even make the changes yourself, but if you feel you need assistance doing so, you may send us a Direct Message* with your full name and service address.  Once we have you verified on your account, we can take a look at your options and review them with you.  We'd be happy to help! 😀

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
