Lower my bill
I can’t afford my bill anymore. You are sales people have been rude to me on the phone.
I am also do a credit for a box I returned I got some thing in the mail saying I would be credited.
it seems like your agents do not wanna negotiate. I signed up in November although I’ve had many years with cable with your company before meaning I’ve been a loyal customer paying money into your company and now all of a sudden they can do nothing for me and they’d rather me leave?
