Is the peer to peer icon the chat symbol with the plus sign in it?

Hello @user_f9983b, thank you for reaching out to help with your data plan. To align nationally, on January 1, 2021, the Northeast Division introduced a new 1.2 Terabyte Data Plan for all Xfinity Internet customers. Recognizing that our Internet Data Plan was new for customers in the Northeast Division, we are delaying the implementation of the data plan and usage-based billing until 2022. Unlike our customers in the Central and West Divisions, where we have had a data plan for several years, our Northeast Division customers have no prior familiarity with the data plan.

In June of 2020, with several months of experience with COVID-19 and understanding how our customers were using the Internet during the pandemic, we took the opportunity to reevaluate our data plans. We were able to reintroduce new plans offering more flexibility, choice, and value with more data available at a lower cost to our existing Internet Data Plan customers. Across the company, we increased our data threshold to 1.2 TB, decreased the prices of Unlimited Data, and introduced xFi Complete (which includes Unlimited Data, a leased xFi Gateway, Advanced Security, and a Whole-home WiFi assessment for the best in-home WiFi experience).
