Lower Bill for established customers

My contract recently expired, I'm an established customer and need help getting my bill lowered. When I use the chat feature I get the runaround for 30+ minutes just to be told, "we can't do anything about lowering your bill through chat." VERY aggravating!

If I could get a response from customer service, someone who can actually help me with this issue, that would be GREATLY appreciated!
