Looking for new offers

The previous promo offer has ended and I'm trying to look for a new one. I've tried to connect to representitives via official chat multiple times but ended up with unpleasant experiences.

Last month, first rep was friendly and said they requested for a new offer and let me ask again in the next day.

The second rep on the second day sent me a really complicated offer and was hiding most of details until I asked. They at last was unable to send me a review link due to technical or contract reasons that I'm not sure.

The third rep said they couldn't see a better offer except for a $25 discount with an Internet speed upgrade which I don't need. They said they didn't even have permission to request for another offer and let me contact customer service via phone. But the phone line is still helping nothing. 

How can I connect to someone that really works for loyalty/retention?

Hey Zeppp, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I can certainly help get you set up with a new promotion. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message so I can?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
