Less than 30 days of activation for internet for $30 and have past due disconnection bill of $64
I was a T-Mobile Internet customer for almost 3 years and I am a renter in Merrillville with a freshman high school daughter who recommended Chromebook from the school to complete homework and assignments so it's an URGENT NEED as part of the school curriculum. Called September 24th choose the $30/mo Internet plan that Xfinity assistant informed me that the plan will allow me to continue watching Roku via wifi. On October 4th I had called Xfinity and stated that I have not received the router and hour's later I walked to the property on Whitcomb to ask the residents of any FedEx delivery that wrongly was delivered. It did and I receive the unopened box. Then unplugged T-Mobile router and followed the directions in the router box. Finally recovering installation complete message I got a very first email stating that I was overdue of $29.98 and the current bill is $64. Threatening a disconnection. Please pay with card reading in a four digit bank account. I called customer service with my complaint of how the bill was due, but activated on the 4th. Then was told they couldn't locate me on their side I will be transferred to Internet essentials and how he explained that would be better for me which I stated I didn't sign up for that only to be told I was probably charged 15 dollars for several devices. I said what do you mean, it didn't go anywhere I ended the phone call. There are REAL FAMILIES AND MOMS trying to provide the tools to their children Future. As a 55 year old heart patient with a monthly SSI direct disability deposit income you guys as a whole but employee that misleads, literally lies, act like no customer service agent for $30/mo Internet is offered, will switch you to essential and you can express your concern. I said that is $15/mo and not what I ordered and informed of getting. Now a bill of $64 and disconnection email is morally and ethically wrong. This internet is vital for her schooling where I intended to save $20/mo for my daughter to participate in extracurricular after school activities were I can have transportation to get her from school as bus service is ended
