Legal Billing Name Change

Hello,

I went into an Xfinity store to change my name (legal name change with court documents), but they said that it was impossible to do, which was frustrating. Should I try again with a different rep? Or is there a way I can do this from home?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
