user_p6qj7n That is a great question. For Xfinity Mobile customers, a late fee is applied if a payment fails on the automatic payment date and is not resolved by the end of the next billing cycle. For example, if a payment is missed on January 3 and not paid by January 13, a late fee will be applied to the February bill. In most states, the late fee is $5 for customers without a Device Payment Plan (DPP) and $10 for those with a DPP. In certain states, different late fee percentages may apply. If you haven't made your Xfinity payment by the due date noted on your bill, you will receive a late payment notification. A late fee will be applied to your account the day after the due date if the payment remains unpaid. Additionally, you will receive an email notification shortly after the late fee is applied. To avoid late fees, it's important to make your payment by the due date specified on your bill.
