Late payment

I don't get paid till a week after my bill is due, I'm going to pay it then but I don't want my service to get disconnected

Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to go over options to extend your payment. I know how much help a bit more time can be. Thank you for letting us know it may be late, but we certainly don’t want you to have any interruption in service.

You can easily set up a payment arrangement through the Xfintiy MyAccount app within minutes. Keep in mind that not all accounts will be eligible for an arrangement and there is a grace period after the account balance is due so you don’t get late fees or any interruption. Depending on your exact payment dates, you may not see the option for a payment arrangement. In that case, you can simply schedule a one-time payment for the amount and date of your preference.

Go to -Billing >

You will see a banner if you are eligible for a payment arrangement >

When you click Make a Payment, select Past due balance (you must pay in full), and then choose the date that works for you.
